Strategic support across the full program lifecycle
CONSULTING
It can be hard to see the forest through the trees
On any given day, you’re supporting staff, getting ready for tonight’s committee meeting, hunting down data for a grant report, serving clients, and calling to see where the pizza is for the workshop that started an hour ago. You’re here, there, and somehow also in two meetings at once.
When you get a chance to step back, there’s often a lot to make sense of. Programs have evolved, community needs have changed, and new challenges have emerged.
So we start with questions. Questions of vision, purpose, and impact that help bring the bigger picture into focus. Maybe a sentence about these bringing clarity or cohesion. And just in case this runs long we’re pushing it onto another line. And a final sentence about buckling down and getting into the nitty gritty of implemtation.
We Start with Questions
Who are you trying to serve, and what do they need?
What change are you trying to create?
How do your programs contribute to that change?
What assumptions are you making about how change happens?
What is your organization uniquely positioned to contribute?
What does success look like, and how will you know if you’re making progress?
Services
Program Design & Development
I help organizations turn ideas, emerging needs, and organizational priorities into programs that are purposeful, responsive, and built to work in practice.
-
Whether you’re developing something new, redesigning an existing program, responding to changing conditions, or preparing for growth, I can help your team clarify what you’re trying to accomplish and create a practical path from vision to implementation.
Together, we create space for expansive, creative thinking. We draw on community knowledge, practitioner expertise, evidence, and the strengths and resources already within your organization to develop and strengthen programs. We bring the right people to the table and engage community members of all ages in shaping programs they value and want to participate in. And we keep mission and vision at the center as we decide which ideas to pursue and how to make them work.
